The Bible is full of advice and instructions on how to manage our finances and, ultimately, how we can honor God with our money. But how many times is money mentioned in the Bible? It turns out that there are approximately 2000 verses in the Bible about money and possessions. This includes topics such as wealth, possessions, greed, monetary mindset, satisfaction, investment, and more. I've written a lot of one-off articles on certain topics, but I've never put a lot of Bible verses about money in one place.
That's why I thought it would be great if readers could read these other verses on their own to see what else the Bible says about money. The crux of the issue is whether you're worshipping your money or worshipping with your money or not. The Bible talks about money because God loves us and doesn't want it to hurt us. Instead, He wants us to use it as a tool to bless our family, others and to finance the advancement of His kingdom.
